The short version
New Old Gamer is a free hobby arcade run by one person in Texas, USA. Play the games, have fun, be decent to other players, and understand that everything is offered as-is. By using newoldgamer.com or any of its game subdomains, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use the site
The games are family-friendly, but the site is meant for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13. Kids under 13 should play with a parent or guardian, and shouldn't type real names or personal details into name fields, online rooms or forms. If you're under 18, please check these terms with a parent. If we learn a child under 13 has sent us personal information, we'll delete it.
Free and as-is
The games and pages are provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including any promise that they'll work, be error-free or be fit for a particular purpose. Games may have bugs, change, go offline, lose saved progress or high scores, or be removed at any time.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, New Old Gamer and the person who runs it aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data or progress, that comes from using or not being able to use the site. Since the site is free, if we're ever found liable for anything, the most we'll owe is $0, or the smallest amount the law allows. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to break, overload or hack the site, the game servers or the leaderboards; don't scrape or copy the site with bots, or use bots or scripts to play or to submit forms; and don't use online rooms, initials, player names, typed answers or messages to harass anyone or to share anything hateful, sexual, illegal or someone else's personal information. We may remove content, block access or close rooms that break these rules.
High scores and initials
High scores must be earned by playing the game normally. Scores made with cheats, modified game code, automated tools or exploits may be removed without notice, and we may reset leaderboards when a game changes. Initials must not be offensive, and we may remove any initials or score for any reason. Only your initials and score are shown publicly. To have your scores removed, use the feedback form, choose High scores, and tell us your initials and the game.
Your suggestions and feedback
When you send a suggestion, idea or feedback through the ✎ Suggest buttons, the Suggest a game form or the feedback form, you give us a free, permanent, worldwide permission to use, change and build it into the games or the site, and you agree that no payment or credit is owed. If you include a name, we might thank you by first name in update notes. Please only send ideas you're free to share, and don't send personal information, passwords or payment details.

Copyright or trademark concerns
If you believe something on the site uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, send a note through the feedback form. Choose Something else, and include what the work is, where it appears on the site, and why you believe it's yours. We'll look into it promptly and remove or change the content if needed.

Changes, ending the service and blocking access
We may change, pause or shut down any game, feature or the whole site at any time, without notice. We may also block or limit anyone's access if they break these terms or put the site or other players at risk.
You'll cover us if you break the rules
If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against New Old Gamer because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
