Pluto Trail v2.29: scarier hunts, new ports and belt crossings
October 20, 2026
Infected hunts no longer have the same number every time. A hunt can have none at all, a few, or the odd swarm of ten, and about half of them hide in vents and shadows before lunging out with a scare sound and a screen shake.
Rare surprise ambushes can now happen while you travel. The infected are still fast.
Every port has its own look: a clean commissary at Luna, a dusty trading post on Mars, a rainy neon market on Ganymede and a zero-gravity exchange on Triton where the goods float.
The asteroid and Kuiper belts now have a crossing like a river ford. Thread the belt in a 22-second dodge, go around, wait, or hire a guide drone. Going around or waiting now uses food.
The battle view is bigger: it zooms in, follows you and hides the top bar.
The port and belt ideas came from Franky through the ✎ Suggest box, and the scarier hunts came from another player's feedback. Thank you!
Isle & Empire relaunch
October 18–19, 2026
Tide Claim was relaunched as Isle & Empire with a realistic world map, animated dice and vintage-style card art.
Added a random map generator with map styles, sizes and shareable seeds.
Multiplayer for 2 to 6 seats with any mix of local players, online players and bots.
High scores, guides and Free Classics
October 18, 2026
Added the High scores page and an Arcade leaderboard that adds up your best result in every game.
Every game got a how-to-play guide with controls and strategy tips.
Opened the Free Classics page, which links to classic games their owners have made free.
Gusher Grid got sound effects, optional music and upgraded graphics, and its type-your-own-changes box was replaced with a fixed options menu. Clicking a placed pipe now always rotates it, and right-click or long-press uses the bomb.
Burrow Blitz gained full controller support with a two-speed stick, five themes and a quick changes menu.
Pluto Trail launches
Mid-October 2026
Pluto Trail launched, built from a visitor's suggestion for a trail game in space with infected crew instead of hunting.
Early fixes: each + button in the shop now loads supplies straight onto the ship, a 🛒 Shop button reopens the store while docked, and a launch check screen shows how many days each supply will last.
Bastion Bay story mode and phone layout
Mid-October 2026
Added a story mode with five chapters and the Murkmaw boss.
Shots fired before the battle timer hits zero now still land.
Added a phone portrait layout, so you no longer have to rotate your phone.
